Ground zero for Key West's sunset celebration and stumbling distance from Duval Street..
The Scene
Located on Key West's waterfront, the Hyatt is ideally situated for viewing the island's famous sunset celebration, a nightly event which is practically a required stop for tourists. Its tropical setting, while not quite as charming as many of the island's B&Bs and guesthouses, has an open, airy feeling.
The Extras
If all "bed and breakfast" says to you is creaky mattress springs and no privacy, you'll probably be happier staying at this full-feature resort. The Hyatt's 110 rooms and ten suites are equipped with every modern amenity, from individual climate controls to voice mail and dataports. There are two restaurants, an outdoor pool, a poolside bar, a small beach and an exercise room. Water sport equipment is also available.
