Great Customer service.
Key West retail stores are not known for good service but I have been very pleased with our local store for over 10 years.
The store is being closed along with all the Borders stores but thats not a due to anything local. Key West will miss our local Borders (aka Waldenbooks at one point).

Friendly employees, decent selection. I was glad to find such a good book store in a city as small as Key West. While not a huge store like B&N or Borders, they had quite a nice selection considering the size of the town. What impressed me the most was how nice the employees were.
