Overpriced ..... College kids control pool area. Our one night 03/11/12 at $282.49 total and you get location, not comfort. College students controlled pool & hot tub. Over 2 hours playing beer pong in the pool using 2 float lounges with table connected over them and spilling beer into pool while management notices but ignores situation. Nothing special as far as looks go ... just your typical old, U-shape design motel with a pool crammed within it. Room was a typical (nice) Best Western. Keep in mind if you book here, this is a motel,not a hotel or resort. I only rate this a 2-1/2 star rating motel at best. Overall, you expect much more class from a Best Western. Only positive about this motel: close to town (1 mile) & free parking

Excellent hotel for the price. Room was larger than average for a budget hotel and was very clean. Nice grounds, friendly staff, close to attractions, but good for families who don't want to stay in the middle of the nightlife area of Duval St. Would definitely stay there again.
