Great Flowers. I used Mama Flowers for my destination wedding, and I was very pleased with the flowers I received. Everything was better than I could imagine. The flowers were expensive (but flowers are expensive anywhere).

The flowers were brought to the hair salon and hotel much earlier than I expected, so definitely no complaints there. The flowers were so beautiful and smelled so good. They even made it back home on my carry on, so I was able to keep them.

I was a little hesitant ordering from them after reading not so hot reviews, but I am very glad I stuck to my guns and kept my order.

I would definitely recommend Mama Flowers in Key West.

absolutely gorgeous flowers. I receive flowers from here on a reg basis ( lucky me ) & I have NEVER been disappointed. My husband & I are always stunned by their beauty & attention to detail.

Disappointing. The initial consult with the owner had us feeling very understood and confident. It was all down hill from there unfortunately. Corresponding with the less than professional staff was frustrating and although we sent pictures, lengthy emails and had 2 separate conversations on the phone about what we specifically wanted, our wedding flowers were sadly a real disappointment. (including the bridal bouquet) In fact, what wound up on our tables was an exact replica of what I said I DID NOT want. I know they do beautiful work, I have seen other events they have done. Unfortunately, my wedding was not one of those events.

Worst Customer Service and RIDICULOUSLY overpriced. Mama's was recommended to me by many people down there for my destination wedding so I naturally went with them. Much to my dismay, they were not only rude but completely ignored my repeated, simple, and very specific requests. Their prices are OUTRAGEOUS, at least triple anywhere else on the island and the customer service is atrocious. Despite requesting small changes that I was FIRM and SPECIFIC about from the beginning they canceled on me by suddenly telling me, after 2 weeks of working with them, that they had no less than 6 other weddings that day, despite the fact that we had an agreement in place. Nothing a bride who lives over 1,000 miles away needs to experience.
