Accommodating Groomer. We have found Shea to be a very nice, accommodating groomer. Although I've had other dogs in the past where we left behind for grooming to pick up when done, I was apprehensive with my two small yorkies, which are sensitive and squirmy. Shea has been accommodating with me by allowing me to bring them in the same time to stay with them and help hold and calm them. She was kind enough to fit us in before the holiday as well. She has been very patient and good with our dogs, and I have been pleased with her service.

my dog looks retarded. This place sucks I dont even think they could tell which way was heads or tell on my dog butch looks like he's had his head up his you know what never go there beware and then he got an ear infections that cost another 200 dollars wtf!!!!!!!1

horrible grooming!!!!. it required me to give it a star. but i wouldn't even give it one!!!

my dog got a severe ear infection from this place. when I took it to the vet they said they get a lot of mishaps from pampered pets groomer including: infected cuts and scraps from the shears and ear infections from dirty water!!! do NOT take your beloved pet here. it will cost you a vet bill in the end!!!!

great pet boarding. We left our dog with Pampered Pets for two nights and were very pleased with their service. We pick our dog up after the first night and took him sightseeing for the day. He was clean and happy to see us. More importantly he was very willing to go back that afternoon for a second night. The staff was friendly and willing to work with us. I would board my pet here again if the need arose.

Very Highly Recommended. Back in February of this year I had just completed EOD and then Patrol K9 training at the Boston Police Department’s K9 Academy for my dual purpose malinios. I needed to burn vacation time and was not about to leave my dog up in the cold for a month while I headed out for Florida. I loaded the dog on my truck and blasted south down 95 for a month in the sun. I stopped when I ran out of road in Key West.

The military housing I rented in Key West did not allow for any dogs in the rental units. I got on line and contacted Michael and Jennifer Wolf of Pampered Pet of Key West.

I was greatly relieved to find out that the owners are former law enforcement and that the Key West Police Department’s K9 Trainer works out of this kennel. Jennifer, Mike, and their staff could not do enough for my dog and me. I actually got to work my dog with the Key West PD K9 Trainer. I later tempted a USPCA Certified K9 Trainer from the Central Massachusetts Law Enforcement Council (CEMLEC) to join me for some Duvall Crawling. This trainer has worked a police K9 for the past 26 years with the Aurburn Massachusetts Police Department. He also remarked about what professional and totally accommodating operation Pampered Pet of Key West is. I cannot recommend this facility any higher and will definitely be using it again this winter.

Stay away. Do not buy anything from here. The owners may have many types of animals but, they do not have a clue about care. The boarding hould be shut down. The area is small and they house too many dog for the size. Always ask to see the boarding before u leave Fluffy to stay. Also leave a vets number or you may end up at some vet you dont like.

Not reviewed by Owner or Employee. I had a very bad experience there recently. I will be taking my business elsewhere in the future. I think some of their animals could/should be kept in different/better way(s).

The Best FULL-SERVICE Pet Store in the Keys. Pampered Pet is a wonderful place to find just about everything you need for any kind of pets. The owners Mike and Jen themselves have dogs, cats, birds, and several exotics and reptiles, so the variety of pets available in the store is very wide.

They are open every day of the week. The employees do their best to learn as much as possible about all the animals AND animal nutrition!

If you are looking for the best and latest in Dog or Cat food, check them out - Jen is always bringing in organics, raw diet, and lots of grain-free options.

Check out the fish room and the beautiful saltwater show tanks.

We recently moved to Georgia and have had to shop at multiple stores just to find everything we got on a regular basis at The Pampered Pet.
