must see to believe. There could not be a more enchanting location for this terrific little gallery. It is a fraction of the size of the gallery's previous location on Fleming Street, but the owner has done wonders with the space. We go to Key West every winter, and Helio Gallery is always one of our stops because we collect the owner's botanical prints, and we are always delighted with the new work we find on each visit.

As for the Gardens Hotel, what a treasure right in the heart of old town Key West. We wouldn't think of staying anyplace else now, and heartily recommend it to any friends wanting to spend a few nights in Key West.

The Hotel has gone "Green," and the Gallery now offers a nice selection of organic t-shirts and tote bags in addition to the varied work of a small handful of mostly local artists.
