Greed. We made reservations at Marrero's for Oct 21 to 25, 2005. We were unable to get to Key West since our flights were canceled due to Hurricane Wilma. The management now refuses to refund our $401.40 deposit since we canceled within 14 days of our scheduled arrival and were a "no show".

Since we fully intended to use the reservations but could not due to the hurricane, we feel it only fair that our deposit be refunded ... but they have refused to do so - and have been exceedingly rude in the process.

Avoid this place like the plague.
