Professional & Exceptional Service!. I have had nothing but great experiences at this salon and use them for eyebrows, nails and hair! I strongly recommend this place to anyone who is looking to have an amazing and beatiful turn out !

Olivia does my shellac every two weeks and I cannot tell you how many times people comment on how great my nails look on a daily basis! She does amazing and creative work!

Christina is my hairdresser , she is VERY professional and always makes you feel comfortable and makes sure you always leave your chair looking your absolute best ! I wouldn't even think twice about going to someone else. She is also an Aveda graduate which is a plus!

Everyone else in the salon is amazing and does wonderful work. It's a great enviorment that has a vintage mixed with modern look. Quite glamourous if you ask me !

Make an appointment and you won't regret it , I promise!

Welcoming Salon. A friend in Key West recommended this salon to me. I made an appointment with Christina. The moment I walked in I had a feeling of welcome. Smiles all around and nice decor. Christina did a great job and my hair looks fabulous. Great recommendation!

Amazing. Christina cut my hair at the salon and was amazing. She listened to me and made me feel comfortable. My hair has never looked and better and I could even style it myself the next day! She has a client for life.

Not a problem finding another nail salon. Don't bother arriving early for your appointment. My supposed appt was at 10:00 a.m.; owner showed up exactly at 10:00 a.m. to unlock the door. Told me "that's the Key West way." Well, sir, I'm on a very expensive Florida Keys vacation and don't enjoy spending ANY of it standing outside your door. Then, to add to my pleasure, he informs me that I "missed my appt that was scheduled for the day before." Excuse me??? I am renting a place 35 minutes from Key West. I had to be in Key West TODAY to pick up family at the airport at noon and that is why I scheduled my appt for TODAY at 10:00 a.m. in order to have my nails done in time to pick up my family. PLUS, why bother asking for my phone number if you're not going to BOTHER calling me if you think I missed my appt???? If you would have taken the time to call me and inquire as to why I wasn't there, then we could have corrected YOUR mistake and re-scheduled the appt for the original appt day and time!!! I even repeated my appt day and time to whomever answered the phone and scheduled the appt before I hung up. Yes, you tried to re-schedule and wanted ME TO WAIT UNTIL 11:00 when the nail gal showed up for work OR wait until later in the day -- REALLY????? I scheduled around my family arriving in Key West....sure, no problem in either being late picking them up or asking them to wait around an hour or more while I get my nails done -- REALLY??? Readers, unless your time is of no importance to you, stay away!!

P.S. Had a pedicure appt at Bert & Frannies Salon in Big Pine Key on Thursday. They called me on Wednesday and confirmed my appt with them. THEY know how to run a successful business!! Would have had nails done there, but don't take new clients for nails.

Lets be honest. Lets be fair Danielle. I am a mother of two young children, and have lots of experience cutting children's hair. Your daughter's bangs were definently a botched haircut, however not done by me. She was first taken to Supercuts and they left her with very uneven bangs, there wasnt anything I could do. I just trimmed her hair and try to blend the blunt edges on the botched bangs. The very next day, your husband brought your second daughter here to cut her hair. He did mention that you were unhappy, because there wasnt anything I could do for her. I know for a fact, He and your other daughter left here happy, and content with her haircut. I'm sorry you were so frustrated, you felt it was neccesarry to bash our salon, and single me out. Then again, that's what reviews are for. I do accept critisim, but with facts to back it. I take my job very seriously, and stand behind my work ,with intense pride.

Botched. Audra at Visible Difference completely botched my child's bangs. They were uneven and way too short. If they are not comfortable cutting children's hair, then they should refrain from doing so.‎
