Poor Service with a bad attitude.
In the 3 weeks I've had an account with TIB of Marathon I have been embarassed at a restuarant, publix and Kmart also stranded in Key West with no way of getting gas in my car because my debit card misteriously wont work. There is no evening or weekend customer service so I was helpless in all of these incidences. Im told by this banks customer service and manager that there is no explanation why my funds have been frozen on 3 seperate occasions and get a "its not our fault", "nothing we can do" attitude each time. When I tried to close the account because of obvious disatisfaction I was told regardless of my reason I would have to pay a $32 fee to close it. The person telling me this was taking satisfaction in it...like a child taunting "na na na na na nah we got you by the short hairs".
The branch manager states "We have this policy since we dont know what kind of relationship we will have with you". Well I know what kind of relationship...a one sided nightmare!!!! They want to get paid to make my life a living hell!
