We have used Pelican Plumbing since 1998. We have never had anything but good service from them. I found this site while looking for their phone number to call them to repair a leak in our sprinkler system. Their prices have always been reasonable and they have always been prompt and courteous. I suspect the reviews below were probably written by competitors. Don't believe everything you read on the internet, there is often an agenda or ulterior motive behind it. They were winners of the People's Choice Award for 5 straight years, they must be doing something right.

No class. These guys have no class show up dirty and smelly does not return calls. Spoke with Diane she is the biggest joke i have ever seen tells lies and expects them to make your problem go away.

End of story !!!

Can not recommend these guys.

Overcharged. We called Pelican to repair a leak in our laundry room. This home is a vacation home and we are only there once a month. The lines from the washer needed replaced from the washer to the drain in the sink. When we got the bill we were totally shocked. It was $1759.91. We called and they would not change the charge and said it took two days to fix. We paid the bill and vowed never to use them again. We recently had a friend stay who knows plumbing and he said it was leaking again. He fixed it for us and reported that Pelican had reversed drain line to sink and had not sealed connections. They not only charged double but did not fix it correctly.
