A unique experience. This is sort of like a boat dock, where you walk up, order food, and then they call out the name of the cartoon character that you provided when you ordered. Self serve drinks and condiments, and seats by the water make this very different from anywhere else that we visited.

I had the Lobster Ruben, which was huuge and wonderful. The current price was $14.95, while my husband tried the Lobster mac for $8.95 (though it was more of a side). We enjoyed the atmosphere and the food, though to have alcohol, you have to pay to enter their upper deck.

Key Fisheries - Worthwhile experience!. Each time we visit Marathon, we look for new places to dine that we haven't yet tried. We asked around to all of the locals regarding where to get the best Stone Crabs. Everyone said: "You must go to the Key Fisheries". If you are used to regular seating by a hostess, dressing up for dinner, etc., this will be a unique experience for you. It is such a relaxed environment and food is fantastic. We dined one evening on stone crabs and went back for lunch for the Lobster Rueben the next day. Then, we stopped in the fish store, attached to the eatery, and bought enough stone crabs for dinner. The staff was friendly and the customer service was terrific. I was impressed! I highly recommend the Key Fisheries as one of your stops on your next trip.

A MUST for Stone Crab. This is the way it should be, fresh Stone Crab right off their own boats seved to you on the docks overlooking the Gulf. The only place in the Keys that you can get Stone Crab cooked to order! Order them hot or cold and you won't go wrong. The management and staff will go out of their way for you. The night we were there the manager (Mark) had some of the best stories for us- kept us laughing all the way back home. If he wants to come to the mainland we've got a job for him anytime!
