I purchased 3 pairs of glasses from this store totaling $757. Great customer service as I was shopping, the sales person even helped me find frames that were half off to try and keep cost down - a school teacher's salary doesn't go very far in Key West. Well about 6 weeks later one of the plastic frames (the one that was half off) started to discolor. When I went into the store to get them replaced, I was told that those were the 'discount' frames and that no guarantee was offered...hmm maybe they should have told me that when I was shopping! Well after some complaining they said they'd see if they can find another frame to fit the lenses in...I hope so the lenses alone cost $250. I would have to recommend that if you live in Key West, and are in need of glasses take a drive up to the mainland. It’s a long drive, but something as important as your eyes deserve quality care, both during and after the purchace.
