WORST SERVICE and EXPERIENCE

This was the absolute WORST nail service I've EVER had. First off, the owner is the rudest person I've ever met. She struggles with English and has her employees help her with that aspect BUT there is no reason for her to be flippant and rude to her customers! The entire time we were there she was rushing my group (myself, my husband, my maid of honor, my sister, my mother, and my best friend). She did my toe nails and it was painful because she was in such a rush that she would push back cuticles mercilessly. Her employee did my manicure and the second she started cutting a cuticle, she cut me so bad I told her to stop. She literally took a chunk of skin off my finger. The manicure was BAD, it looked rushed... My best friend then got her nails filled and her nails LOOKED DISGUSTING! She did such a horrible job on my friend's gel nails. As if all this wasn't enough, someone came in and the owner started doing this lady's nails BEFORE MY PARTY'S (we had been there since 11:30 AM and it was 2:00 PM). It was simply the worst place I've ever been to. DONT GO HERE, it's not worth your time or money.

Bad experience

we went there to get a manicure for my daughters wedding , we had a terrible experience, we got cut , i was there for a long time and she ( i think the owner) skip me for another person that came way after me, she was very rude.

I recently went to this salon while on vacation. I needed a fill-in and this place was within walking distance. I did not have an appointment but was accepted as a walk in. unfortunately there was an appointment in 30 minutes so I was rushed through my service. The woman, whom I am assuming was the owner, only spoke outloud to yell at her young daughter who was supposed to be handling the customers. She did a horrible job and was rude to me the entire time. She rushed through it and hurt me many times. when I told her the dremel was getting to hot on my nails she told me it was not a problem as it would not damage the nails!!!!! She also cut me with the file and repeatedly missed my nail altogether and filed my finger tips with the dremel file. She took no time to shape my nails properly and as a result they are uneven and the paint job is even worse! my real nails are exposed at the tip because of her uneven filing! She never asked if they looked ok, in fact, she never even spoke to me except to ask me to pay! DO NOT GO HERE! The experience almost made me cry it was so bad!
