Not ready for business!!!. We visited this hotel in the early part of March. The restaurant wasn't open yet and there was no room service or bar facilities, but they never told us prior to our arrival. The only spa was on the sister property down the road. Also, the room didn't get made up. when we checked in the room there were lightbulbs missing as well as no shower curtain. This hotel has potential, but it's really open prematurely. I would call directly to ensure that everything you're expecting is really up and running prior to booking your reservation.

Editorial Review. Resort located on Key West's only natural beach features a full spa, private balconies and a poolside bar.
