Family event leads to family 'documentary' leads to MartyS. Being in a vast field of technology, my family and friends expect me to come through when an event emerges. I get the job or must screen and confirm whoever does... I take it seriously when nec... Family and friends take it more so...

So, when Marty Stonely took the documentary of a family event as his project. I became the face of the 'client-as-collective.'

Things went very smoothly throughout.

But outdoors and difficult weather and light made everyone nervous and concerned.

Marty was a gifted diplomat showing a warm human color at all times with various family 'personalities'.

...But most important it turns out, Marty rose as a champion against difficult outdoor odds.



He produced a work of artistic genius, easily comprehended by the ordinary folk of our family, yet, requested often by a variety of visiting dignitaries who can only visit 'annually.'

Marty captured so much of the spirit of our family gathering and so many of our 'puzzle pieces' that his product... the documentary... serves its purpose perfectly... Various family members often wish to see it 'again' in the presence of yet other family members.

I think this is for the sake of jogging a collective family memory...TO REMEMBER... we are family and on one very beautiful occasion we all knew it and really demonstrated it so well... Hey that was us...

But Marty Stonely had the patience, and the gifted perception and experience... to capture it. And once recorded distill the rawness of our potential to the refinement of our potent charm/s as an odyssey of visual wonder.

... ...Just remarkable. Amazing.

If I see Marty again... I will tip him again... at least a drink or a dinner.

If I see the documentary of 'us' again I will weep again... laugh again and make a couple phone calls again...

And I do know this family is full of genuine characters that want to see it again and again.

Professional, Quality, Great person for the job.. I have hired Marty numerous times and I would highly recommend him to others. He is proficient , professional, been in the business for years and therefore very experienced. He has a great eye and is a true artist. Also he plays a mean Saxophone. Marty Stonely top notch.
