"Summertime and the gymin' is easy" at Key West Island Gym. When I could no longer tolerate exercising outdoors in the heat of Summer I popped into Island Gym on White Street to check it out. Well what a treat. I get to run in a comfortable temperature without compromising that outdoor feeling I love, as the gym has set up the treadmills next to their very large windows which allows you to look outside at the beautiful landscaping and watch the world go by on White Street which gets very interesting sometimes.

It's clean, friendly and very reasonable with free locker and towel service. I may stay forever and I highly recommend this very modern, but very "Key West " Island Gym.

Love this Gym. I am reviewing Key West Island gym not because I am a member but because of the way they took care of my partner when he was in the post-recovery stage from a very serious illness. It was recommended that he start weight training to build his body back up but we could not afford a Personal Trainer to monitor him at the begining stage of his workout program. The guys at Island Gym kindly arranged for my partner to have a member of staff supervise a start-up program and stay with my partner at all times during the workout to assist him as he was still in a very weakened state. By the end of the first month he was able to continue alone and I was able to treat him to a few personal training sessions for his Birthday and he now has made a full recovery which is due in part to the guys at Key West Island Gym.Way to go guys.I emphatically recommend Key West Island Gym.

Diamond in Paradise. I have to give Key West Island Gym 5 Stars simply because the crew at this beautiful gym work so hard at maintaining and cleaning the space while at the same time equally taking care of their members. I really never liked gyms but when my wife insisted I give this gym a try I was almost shocked at my comfort level working with these guys not to mention the level of expertise of the trainers.I noticed that the owner has a talent for choosing just the right trainer with just the right member.My trainer and I have great chemistry and I have never felt so motivated to train hard and most shocking of all I enjoy it immencely.While most gyms are in basements or strip malls Key West Island Gym is located in the always interesting and colorful Art District of Key West. It has many large wimdows which means we have natural light with views of the neighbourhood and the beautiful landscaping. I would strongly recommend this fantastic gym.Keep up the good work Key West Island Gym.

Key West's coolest. A welcoming facility with clean and well maintained equipment, locker-rooms and showers. The personal trainers are very helpful always giving tips. When I was here last summer the fully air-conditioned gym was so welcome. While you do your cardio you can get a headset to checkout the flatscreen tv's which really helps time go by.Overall Key West Island Gym is a very pleasent place to work out.
