They messed up my neighbors truck when replacing tires, I should have listened to him when is said dont go to sears. I called for tires and sure enough I got priced 20 - 30 dollars higher than listed online for Key West. When I called the CSR told me to read the Terms of Use on the website. Right, I will just shop elsewhere.
