SHADY SHADY SHADY OPERATION!

This place is HORRIBLE! Terrible customer service, high prices, etc.etc. Huge employee turnover rate, they have an ad in the local paper EVERY week seeking employees. The company has been photocopying parking passes to display in their window so they can park their electric cars on Duval St. DO NOT GET A SCRATCH ON A SCOOTER! Minimum damage charge = $350. Sunshine is one of the ONLY scooter rental companies in Key West which pays their employees a commission based on the damages caused by a customer, so don't expect a good training class, they WANT you to damage the scooter!! Next time we are going to rent from Key West Moped, much much better service and scooters. I encourage ALL potential customers to read the online reviews, or just ask ANY local. How this place is still in business is beyond me!
