Worst Customer Service and RIDICULOUSLY overpriced

Mama's was recommended to me by many people down there for my destination wedding so I naturally went with them. Much to my dismay, they were not only rude but completely ignored my repeated, simple, and very specific requests. Their prices are OUTRAGEOUS, at least triple anywhere else on the island and the customer service is atrocious. Despite requesting small changes that I was FIRM and SPECIFIC about from the beginning they canceled on me by suddenly telling me, after 2 weeks of working with them, that they had no less than 6 other weddings that day, despite the fact that we had an agreement in place. Nothing a bride who lives over 1,000 miles away needs to experience.
