Amazing experience!!!

This florist was everything I needed for my keys wedding! Flowers were of outstanding quality and some rare that I had never seen before. Dee, the owner, knew what I was looking for for within 10 mimutes of talking to her about my wedding. She fulfilled my expectations! I would recomend Dee and her staff to anyone wanting originality and professionalism. Petals with Pizzazz really made my wedding extra special!

Unfortunately, we had a very bad experience. The owner was very responsive throughout the early contract phase, always emailing, calling and answering questions. However, once we signed the agreement and made a substantial deposit, communication came to a standstill. She was very non-responsive in the months that followed, during a phase when we were very excited to see results and wanted to try to get mock-ups and discuss plans. Emails were read weeks later and phone calls went unanswered for months. The bride had given explicit instructions as to the centerpiece design, even providing a portfolio of pictures of her vision and was assured by the vendor that she had "done this look many times and knows exactly what you want" . Unfortunately, once received, the mock-ups were nothing like what we envisioned, contracted for or provided for in pictures. To make matters worse, with each mock-up, we were quoted a much higher price than contracted (not small change) even though the "vision" we kept repeating had not changed. I would not recommend this vendor for wedding floral design.

The BEST Florist

I have had the opportunity to work with Petals with Pizzazz and the owner, Dee, on numerous occasions. She is always so professional and has always delivered the most beautiful arrangements, not only for my business occasions but my personal needs. Every aspect of her services are of the utmost quality . At my suggestion, she provided the Wedding flowers for my niece. My Niece couldn't thank me enough for having chosen her. The wedding bouquet was BEAUTIFUL as were all the other bouquets. The time she took to ensure that all of the flowers were coordinated in color and design sure paid off. The center pieces were so elegantly put together that we gave them as gifts and everyone raved about them. I can't say enough about how special Dee made our niece's wedding. She took personal interest to ensure we had everything we asked for. She made it a very special day for my niece and the family. I Highly RECOMMEND PETALS WITH PIZZAZZ for any occasion.
